Metalworking by means of CNC (computer numerical control) production centres

We manufacture mechanical parts of any degree of complexity in small or large batches, using state-of-the-art high-precision computer numerical control equipment. We can fulfil one-off orders or provide a continuous supply of parts to customers. The parts are made from the customers’ drawings, but we can also design engineering documentation in accordance with technical design specifications or a sample provided. Technical inspections take place in the process of the production of parts and after its completion to check the compliance of the parts to the requested dimensions and technical requirements.

The machine pool of the CNC machining department consists of new advanced lathe and turning machining centres produced by the company HAAS.

• HAAS ST-20SSY high-speed lathe with an active tool that allows milling operations on the parts to be manufactured
• HAAS DC-30SSY lathe with a spindle diameter of 56mm, which allows for one bar installation to produce complex turning and milling parts without additional adjustment
• HAAS DC-30SSY lathe with a spindle diameter of 76mm, which allows for one bar installation to produce complex turning and milling parts without additional adjustment
