ZECA 470 / 600B (DL-RP500)
DL-RP500 hand press manufactured by the Italian company ZECA with a mechanical pressure gauge for checking injectors with a working pressure of up to 600 bar.
The device allows testing injectors for their subsequent adjustment if necessary.
Designed for testing and adjusting both mechanical injectors and injectors of the Common-Rail system and unit injectors.
Allows you to check the following parameters:
• injection start pressure
• fuel atomization quality,
• tightness of the locking cone (by the appearance of a drop of fuel on the nozzle tip)
• hydraulic density of the locking cone (according to the time of pressure drop).

The hand press is fixed to the workbench or work table with M8 screws or bolts. The fuel tank strainer guarantees high purity of diesel fuel.
