UIS Tester 2 Electronic simulator for unit injection system
Device “UIS-Tester 2” is intended to test and verify performance of pump-injector (UIS-Unit Injector System) and individual high-pressure fuel pump with high-pressure solenoid valves (UPS – Unit Pump System).
UIS- Tester2 can be installed in the test bench, which is used to test the unit-injector of the fuel systems UIS and UPS. For this purpose it is necessary to equip the test bench with a mechanical device CAM-BOX2.
Device “UIS-Tester 2” allows you to:
• set a control signal of electromagnetic high pressure valve;
• measure the frequency of rotation of the cam shaft drive screw;
• set the required number of cycles;
• mode of presets, for 5 control modes of electromagnetic valve;
• set any value of the angle advance of the turning the electromagnetic valve on.
