The thermal treatment department is equipped with modern electric furnaces produced by SNOL with electronically programmed temperature controllers and the range of operating temperatures up to 1200 ⁰С. Furnace chamber dimensions: 450 mm in width, 380 mm in height, 470 in depth. Temperature uniformity at the established operating temperature: ± 2⁰С.

The equipment in our thermal treatment department allows the thermal treatment of structural grade carbon steel, tool steel, heat-resistant steel and stainless steel to be performed.

Modern electronic temperature controllers installed in our furnaces allow the necessary temperature, heating rate and holding time to be set up precisely, which, in its turn, ensures higher quality of the thermal treatment of parts.
