Our depot of production equipment also includes a state-of-the-art electrical discharge machine ARISTECHLS 250 for making through and blind holes, grooves, ports and steps in forged workpieces. The hardness of the workpiece is of no importance for this machine, which is its biggest advantage. The machine is fitted with optical line gauges providing positional accuracy of 0.005 mm, which allows high-precision operations to be performed. This machine can also be used to burn out broken taps left in workpieces after threading or residual broken fasteners, allowing complex workpieces to be “saved”.
